We arrange and facilitate travel services across India and selected international destinations, including itineraries, transport (car/tempo/bus), accommodation, sightseeing, guides, activities, and related bookings through our network of suppliers.
2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ years and legally capable of entering into contracts. By booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their consent and will share these Terms with them.
3) Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment specified in your quotation/invoice and issuance of written confirmation.
Balance payment must be completed within the timeline communicated. Failure to pay may lead to cancellation with applicable charges.
Payments are accepted via approved methods listed on the Website/quotation. Any bank/transfer charges are borne by the customer.
4) Prices, Inclusions & Exclusions
Quotes are based on current hotel/transport/forex/tax rates and are subject to change before final confirmation.
Inclusions and exclusions will be stated in your proposal/itinerary. Items not specifically mentioned (meals, tips, personal expenses, entrance fees, etc.) are excluded unless noted.
5) Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our official email/WhatsApp.
Cancellation charges vary by service provider, travel dates, and notice period; non-refundable components (e.g., some air/rail tickets, special-event surcharges) may apply.
Refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method after supplier settlements; processing timelines may vary. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
6) Amendments & Force Majeure
Post-confirmation changes (dates, hotels, routing, passenger details) are subject to availability, fare differences, and amendment fees.
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control (force majeure) such as weather, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
7) Travel Documents & Compliance
You are responsible for valid ID proofs, visas, permits, vaccination/health requirements, and adherence to local laws. We can guide you but final responsibility remains with the traveler.
8) Health, Safety & Conduct
You acknowledge the inherent risks of travel and agree to act responsibly, follow safety instructions, and respect local customs. We may decline or terminate services for misconduct or unsafe behavior without refund.
9) Transport & Accommodation
Vehicle type (car/tempo/bus) is provided as per booking and passenger count. Route, driving hours, and speed limits are governed by local regulations. Hotel categories are as classified by providers; specific bed types/special requests are subject to availability.
10) Third-Party Suppliers
We act as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, transporters, activity operators). Supplier terms (including baggage rules, check-in policies, no-show charges) apply in addition to these Terms. We are not liable for acts/omissions of third parties.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to TRAV2GLOBE for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (loss of enjoyment, missed connections, etc.).
12) Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, logos, graphics, images) is owned by or licensed to TRAV2GLOBE. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13) Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy available on the Website. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
14) Communication
You agree to receive booking updates and essential notices via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
