Refund & Cancellation Policy — Tarv2Globe
At Tarv2Globe we aim to make bookings simple and fair. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any reservation through our website (Booking → www.trav2globe.com) or directly with our team. These terms apply to all services including India tours, international tours, car bookings, tempo traveller bookings, bus bookings, and accommodation (“house”) reservations.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are initiated via the website booking option or through our sales team.
For accommodation/house bookings, full payment is normally required to confirm the reservation. Alternatively, and only after explicit agreement with our team, you may pay a 50% advance to hold the booking. A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance or full payment is received.
Cancellation Notice & Refund Eligibility
If you need to cancel, you must notify Tarv2Globe at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the confirmed travel or check-in date. Notice must be sent in writing via the contact methods listed on our website (email/WhatsApp/phone).
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the travel/check-in date are eligible for a refund of the paid amount subject to any non-refundable supplier charges (hotels, transporters, airlines) and transaction fees.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the travel/check-in date are not eligible for a refund; the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Deposit-Specific Rules
If a 50% advance was accepted to secure a booking, the same cancellation timelines apply. For eligible cancellations (72+ hours), refunds will be processed for the paid amount less any supplier or processing charges.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on bank/processor timelines. Any bank charges or conversion fees are borne by the customer.
Changes & Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are handled case-by-case and are subject to availability and any applicable fees. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.
